The entire process is fully automated: fast, precise, and highly efficient.

Log intake and sorting
The logs are delivered to our sawmill, where they undergo visual inspection and are sorted by diameter, length, and quality. The wood is then prepared for further processing.

Automated precision cutting
Our modern cutting line ensures accurate longitudinal and cross-cutting of logs according to required specifications. The fully automated process guarantees high precision and efficiency.

Waste separation and removal
During cutting, wood residues are immediately separated from the main material. Sawdust, bark, and offcuts are collected in a dedicated section for further processing.

Wood chip production and energy use
A valuable by-product of our process is wood chips, which are crushed and prepared for use in the energy sector. Our exclusive partner for energy supply is LEAG in Germany.
